Jahai Children, Temenggor Lake

Jahai is the orang asli that resides in Temenggor Lake. They have relatives in the Royal Belum too.
At first glance, i thought these children are malnourised as their hair is so curly. Just like the negros in Africa.
To my discovery, they are Negritos and related to the Negros in Africa.
Some common features that you noticed are curly hair, flat nose and dark complexion.

Peace from the Jahai children...

MY Rafflesia!

Hey! Finally the luck is on my side. I got to see Raffesia blooming in Temenggor Lake! This spesies is probably smaller than the spesies found in Borneo. It is ok with me as i know i will have a better luck when i visit Borneo again!

The Natural Energy Bar - Siem Reap

"barbecued" banana, delicious... a cheap source of energy for the Cambodian...
you can see the stall every corner of the road.

Mekong Angkor Palace, Siem Reap

A very peaceful hotel, which is just a walking distance away from the city.
This place is where we have our breakfast everyday after a yoga practice in the morning.
French loaf with butter and jam, sometimes with eggs. Served with coffee or tea.
A very satisfying breakfast before we visit the Angkor Watt...
